Question 1

What exactly does OBO+ include?

Accepted Answer

Everything: the full podcast catalog ad-free, exclusive premium episodes, early access 24 hours before the public, your private feed to listen in any app, and unlimited offline downloads. One price, zero limits.

Question 2

How do I listen? Do I need a special app?

Accepted Answer

Sign in at obomedia.com and press play — the whole catalog ad-free, in any browser. And the OBOMEDIA app is coming soon with offline downloads to listen anywhere.

Question 3

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

The 30-day free trial is available on the OBO+ plan ($9.99). Sign up with your card and pay nothing today; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged a cent. If you stay, your first charge comes at the end of the trial (we email you first). Pro and Max start with the first payment.

Question 4

What is the founder price?

Accepted Answer

The first 500 members lock their price FOREVER: as long as you don't cancel, your rate never goes up, even when the public price increases later. It's how we reward the people who trust us first.

Question 5

What do I gain by upgrading to Pro or Max?

Accepted Answer

With OBO+ you get every Show ad-free. Upgrading to Pro adds: full Series plus exclusive Series, OBOMUSIC, and access for 2 people. Upgrading to Max unlocks EVERYTHING: Books (audiobooks), exclusive videos, full seasons at once, and access for 4 people — each with their own account.

Question 6

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — two clicks from your account, no calls, no tricks. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid. Note: if you're a founder and cancel, your founder price is released to someone else.

Question 7

Can I switch plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime from your billing section. The change is prorated automatically with the next cycle.

Question 8

Which countries does it work in?

Accepted Answer

Worldwide. We accept international cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more), with payments securely processed by Stripe. Content is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French.
